Le Royal Hotel - Beirut

This was a great property with exceptional service. The room service was great at 2am. Very fast and good food and drinks. I will be staying here again 👍

My staff at Le Royal Hotel was excellent. Everyone is cheerful and helpful. The only thing I was not happy with was the internet. Internet service in Lebanon is terrible even though I paid for premium service. Don't bother paying for premium internet. It is not worth the frustration. Who knows why the Lebanese government can't get fiber optic service from one end of the country to the other. There is no excuse for such poor internet service.

Overrated, service not 5 star. In fact, more like a 3 star. There are a lot of resorts in Lebanon which are more value and better.

changed room three times due to maintenance issues with each. smoking in the rooms and halls is big problem. Guests show no respect to hotel rules. staff is very accommodating and nice to guests. But nonetheless, the experience was not at all a five-star. Hotel must work hard on enforcing non-smoking rules in the hotel. unfortunately, it send conflicting messages to guests. on one hand the hotel is clearing none-smoking hotel, yet there are standing ash trays at each elevator entrance and on coffee tables in the lobby. I strongly suggest the hotel embarks on a non-smoking campaign enforceable by informing guests upon checking in on as to where smoking is allowed on the property. I would go as far as having housecleaning inform on smoking guests when a room is being smoked in for guest consultation and awareness. I would still give them a second chance, because staff is super accommodating and very nice. Restaurant food quality and cleanliness is outstanding. they desire five star in this category for sure!

Staff is exceptional, the hotel is beautiful and super clean and located around fabulous restaurants and malls. We enjoyed a night out at Le Royals Diwan Shahrayar and had a blast. This hotel is one of our favorites.

Terrible experience!!! it was sooo loud because of the wind and the windows are not sound proof by any degree; it's like sleeping on the street. I left the room at midnight and checked in another hotel down the street! i am working with hotel.com for a refund!
