I did stay 9 days and it was an amazing every thing in this hotel is amazing.

Our stay was for 3 nights The check in process was smooth: requested a different room with private pool and was promptly accommodated. Hospitality, room preparation and room service were super classy. The resort has great views of the Mediterranean Sea although not in shopping area or walking friendly. Breakfast buffet was descent but food options and food quality within the resort in general were somwhat disappointing. The highlights are defenilrlty the spacious sea view rooms, the wonderful Spa and Fitness Center and the friendly staff.

The sanitary equipment is old and poor. There was no hot water. And everytime we order roomservice it would take too long

I’ve staying in other 5-star hotels in top capitals, Paris, London, Rome and NYC, but frankly few match the service, the attention and the care that this hotel offers. Excellent room amenities, very clean and lots of care with the every day needs. Also great location, easy in and out and out of the downtown area, with less traffic and better access to the mountains. The Mediterraneen view is right off a large balcony, that would qualify as a patio in other hotels. I stayed at this hotel after it was recommended to me by close friends, who have also stayed in the finer places. I returned to it four years later to find the same high quality I experienced on my first visit, and I’ll return again. Only one weakness, the wifi is weak, worked ok in the main room, but very weak in the bathroom and on the balcony... Overall, the Royal gets my best rating.

Great value, good room. Location is good but just not easy to explore by foot.

check-in was terrible especially that the bell boys sitting at the hotel entrance did not bother to pickup my suitcases. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get my order at the pool bar even though it was not crowded... the staff just forgot it... otherwise, room is clean, front-desk staff is professional and the spa service was excellent as usual

Great place a little overpriced
