Four Seasons Resort Whistler

Truly awesome experience at the Four Seasons in Whistler. Every interaction was warm, genuine and helpful. Our Guest Relations Advisor, Dominique, not only ensured every request was easily addressed, but she did it with a smile - can't say enough about how impressive Dominque and the rest of the crew were throughout our stay. We booked the Alpine Suite, which I would highly recommend if you want space and a washer/dryer (helped with packing lighter). The housekeeping team (shoutout to Eduardo) made sure our room was pristine at all times. Breakfast offering via the buffet was quite robust and high quality. The private shuttle to and from Whistler is readily available and couldn't be easier. The walk to Whistler is a very manageable 10 minutes, but we had rainy weather, so we regularly opted for the shuttle. Ski concierge was great - well staffed, centrally located and organized. Spa treatments were very good and staff was great. If I had one offering of constructive feedback it would have to be the spa amenities. There is a standalone sauna outside, but it was packed during peak times and somewhat removed from showers and steam room. Also, no options for contrast therapy (i.e. cold plunge adjacent to heat therapy), which is becoming a standard at large 5-star properties. Loved the outside bar next to the pool. Staff was attentive, fun and fast to serve. Overall, I'd say this is the top ski resort hotel we've stayed in. Better than the 5 stars we've stayed in at Lech, Zermatt, Deer Valley, Aspen, Beaver Creek, Gstaad and Jackson Hole. During every vacation, towards the tail end, we began planning for our next vacation. We generally seek to not visit any location twice as we want our kids to experience as many different cultures/locations as possible. This may be an exception as we concluded 'the Four Seasons Whistler is so nice, why go anywhere else.'

This is the third time in 2 years that our family has stayed at FS Whistler. We had a wonderful time: service is exceptional everywhere (reception, restaurants, pool, etc) and everyone makes you feel welcome. Housekeeping is superb which is no small feat in an sky resort. Dominique at Guest Experience was an incredible host for us: she made all the necessary arrangements for us so we could have an incredible stay in Whistler. Her kindness and smile really made a difference. We will be back at FS Whistler for sure!

This is my favourite hotel in Whistler. Located in the upper Village, they have a handy ski valet and shuttle which makes the short transfer to the ski lifts easy. The hotel itself is stunning , elegant and surprisingly not stuffy. The staff are so nice and helpful. The spa and pool areas are truly paradise. There is nothing like relaxing in a heated pool or hot tub out side looking at the mountains around you in the dead of winter. The breakfasts are plentiful and delicious. They offer complimentary coco and smores you cook up on the fire pits in the courtyard every afternoon. Their macallan library bar is perfect for a nice glass of scotch or an interesting scotch based cocktail. The rooms are next level comfortable, chic and luxurious. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel

Excellent service and amenities at a wonderful location for skiing

I’m a driver picking up 2 guests on February 24th 2026 Receptionist said they are not here yet. It was 3:45pm and pick up was 4:00pm Then at 4pm reception called their room and no reply, At 4:05pm I checked guests sitting opposite reception and they were waiting there before I arrived. Incompetent receptionist. And Valet staff I asked had they collected luggage and he said no, Soon turns out he had luggage all along, What incompetence! Maybe hire Canadian staff only!

This resort is unbelievable. The service level that this property offers is truly 5 star!!! The property is well maintained offering a Beautiful pool area with saunas, spas, outdoor sauna. The breakfast is amazing offering many options. The steakhouse is a must visit offering great cocktails, steak and dessert. Four seasons offers complimentary shuttle to local surrounding areas, complimentary bikes to explore.

Had a wonderful experience staying at the Whistler Four Seasons, the facilities and accommodation were excellent. But the service was the standout. We were very well looked after by all the staff, the ski concierge team were outstanding and when I'd had an accident on the slopes Jack in the Ski Concierge went above and beyond to assist us and made it all so much easier. Thank goodness for him! Was very grateful! The hostess at the Braidwood tavern also made my stay. The room was spacious and well appointed (the hairdryer was a decent parlux one) and has plenty of space to store ski clothes at the end of the day. It's not ski in/ski out but with the ski concierge right at the bottom of Blackcomb by the gondola it's better. We had great snow when we stayed and the whole experience was fabulous.

Room 430. Checked in on 27th January 2026. Wherever we have holidays, Four Seasons is always our 1st choice hotel. So Four Seasons Whistler was the obvious choice when we visit Whistler this year. Actually, we used this hotel a few times in the past. The 1st time was when my wife and I learnt how to ski in Whistler 22 years ago! Then we visited this hotel a few times again every few years to reminisce our good times in the past and also to create new memories ^_^ Our room was clean, comfortable and elegant as you would expect of the Four Seasons quality & style. All the hotel staffs we encountered were courteous & friendly. All the ski concierge staffs we encountered were upbeat and helpful. They took care of our skis & boots. We enjoyed the complimentary cookies & hot chocolates served at apres hours :) All the drivers of the shuttle bus service were eager to help. I may have inconvenienced one of the drivers when I asked him to drop me off at Blackcombe base for dinner. Hopefully, in the future the shuttle bus can stop for a few seconds at Blackcombe too after 5pm instead of only stopping there before 5pm. It is because there are some restaurants that I like. Although I know the Four Seasons house car service can take me there after 5pm, sometimes it's more convenient if the shuttle bus can stop there too when the shuttle bus is right in front of me already and if all the house cars are busy. Also, I do enjoy having the chance to chat with other guests on the shuttle bus about dinner ideas! Now let's talk about their F&B. I love that they serve food & drinks by the hot tubs & swimming pool. Service was efficient. It was fun eating chicken wings, pizza and beef burger in the hot tub facing the snow mountain LOL... The other 5-star hotel that we also stayed in Whistler only serves drinks but not food by the pool. Buffet breakfast choice at Braidwood Tavern was comprehensive. Apart from the usual western breakfast items, they also have congee & dumplings (and even curry in one of the mornings). Hopefully, in the future they will rotate a few more Asian items (e.g. noodles)? Since we are living in the UK, my wife and I do love seeing Asian food items in hotel breakfast buffets :) We also had dinner in Braidwood Tavern restaurant. My wife said that their Lobster Thermidor was even better than the ones we had in Four Seasons Maldives Kuda Huraa (which was very nice already)! We will definitely add it to our Whistler restaurant lists for our future visits. The following staffs/managers made our stay extra special... 1. Lucy, Braidwood breakfast 2. Lucy (another Lucy), Braidwood dinner 3. Beyhan, front office 4. Peter, management. We experienced some minor problems during our stay and he assisted us flawlessly. 5. Special shout out to Sabine, front office. And also to the staff who cleaned my wife's white leather boots! What happened was that her boots were stained by the snowshoes buckles and somehow Sabine managed to arrange someone to clean them in short notice before we checked out. Thank you Sabine! We had a lovely time in Four Seasons Whistler. In fact, a few weeks ago my wife and I were debating if we should try the Four Seasons Yachts holiday or use some other similar companies. Now I know for sure that I will vote for the Four Seasons brand again because I just love the consistently high standard in their quality of service (and also their ability to fix any problems should it arise on rare occasions).
