We experienced a delightful and laid back stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, a mere five minute walk from the escalator system which takes you to buses and trains. Outside these is a bus stop where you can catch a direct bus to such places as the charming hillside town of San Gimignano. Down by the station you can book a Flixbus to Assisi which is preferable to the train though it takes a little longer...and if you're worried about time you're in the wrong country. Porta Camollia is the nearest gateway to the old town and a ten minute walk from the hotel and you will pass two very decent restaurants on the way. So, location excellent. The rooms are bright and cheerful as are all the staff from reception, who will deal with booking concerts, trips, taxis etc. to breakfast staff and cleaners - all are unfailingly helpful. I have been hoofing it through Europe for over sixty years and this hotel provides as good an experience as any I have encountered. I recommend it thoroughly.

Wir hatten keine Möglichkeit unser Fahrzeug auf dem Hotelparkplatz noch auf der Strasse zu parkieren. Deshalb haben wir nicht hier übernachtet - mussten jedoch trotzddm den vollen Preis bezahlen - Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen!

Top Lage. Nettes Personal, hilft auch bei der Suche nach einem Parkplatz. Frühstück eher süß als herzhaft, aber für Italien schon sehr gut.

Das Zimmer ist ein typisches Hotelzimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Das Personal war immer sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl und war prima. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz auf dem Hotel-Gelände gebucht und damit war das Auto weg von der Straße. Man kann gut ins Zentrum von Siena laufen und damit bleibt das Auto während des Aufenthalts stehen.
