The location - it may seem on the map that this hotel is quite far from the center, but in reality it's not! You are 5 min away from the walls and then you are walking through Siena's beautiful historic streets filled with restaurants and shops. Good parking (the hotel has a very small parking lot) but the street parking outside is free and safe! Staff was super nice and helpful. The room was big enough and clean and modern. Bathroom was great as well, beds were comfy. Breakfast was ok, freshly made eggs and a pancake machine! Most rooms don't have a balcony but there is a beautiful communal terrace for all guests to enjoy.

Small stuff, all rather insignificant. The breakfast could be bigger and the breakfast room is rather small, parking as well, would have been nice to have a balcony. Wifi could be a bit better. Overall no problems and I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Personnel à l’écoute. Chambre très propre. Petit-déjeuner très correct.

Il est difficile de manoeuvrer’dans le parking lorsque des occupants se garent n’importe comment.
