Wonderful staff, great place to stay if traveling with family or kids

Good place and love the kitchen amenities and breakfast

My partner booked the room when we were in town for an event. The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Loved the fire pit and the pool except there were no towels in the evenings. We had problems with checking in during the evening. The young lady who claims to be a supervisor did not display supervisor behaviors and had a big I'm better than you attitude. Coffee is advertised to be 24 hours but was not refreshed in the evenings it was either empty or cold. The Night lady at the desk and the morning ladies were very helpful. We had one maintenance issue which was taken care of in a decent time.

The whole staff was amazing. The cleanliness of the facility was outstanding. There were some maintenance issues during my stay but the staff went out of their way to accommodate for any inconvenience.

Had an issue with the fire alarm throughout the building and the staff went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure everyone was safe and had what we needed.

Comfortable hotel in Rogers AR. Came to attend a concert and this hotel has everything I needed. Room was very clean and the breakfast was a good start for the day. Would stay there again.

Nice hotel, great location, good breakfast with lots of choices! Kind reception area employees!! Clean, convenient, roomy...breakfast choices included fresh fruits, 2 kinds of milk, juices, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, breakfast croissants and a nice sized coffee bar!
