Spacious and convenient

Beds could have been better, but they weren’t terrible

I was so pleased when we arrived to see this hotel was updated and extremely clean. The front desk and the dining staff were excellent. The breakfast was your typical hotel buffet breakfast but with more options with additional condiments that made it pleasant.

Housekeeping services were very difficult to communicate with and they preferred to just leave and turn the tag to no service needed while we still had one in the shower and two of us going for breakfast and still needing clean towels for showers. This was a Sunday morning at 840!!

My wife and I stayed at the Residence Inn on a recent football weekend. The studio room was a good sized room. There was a good variety of items for breakfast. My wife liked the oatmeal with raisins and I liked the waffles with the whipped cream. It was an okay stay.

It was alot more than I expected. The location was perfect the room was very clean. I really liked the fact that it was more like an apartment than just a hotel room. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast bar was good as well.

There was nothing I didn't like, other than not staying longer.

Gross. marriott exclusive business traveler and really never ask for much but there are better non marriott options for bentonville. big water stains on ceiling, bugs in tub, stains on couch and prior guest underwear left in room. bath products empty..no housekeeping even with 5 nite stay. I take the garbage out but do other guests? fitness center is old equipment, outdoor grill always broken and scary smell from the furnace ac registers. never again.

1. I had made reservations 2 months prior for a 1king bed or 2 queen After check in found that there was only 1 bed queen the front desk worker said there was no other beds available. This was a little hard to believe when I had made reservations 2 months ahead! 2. Every time the toilet was flushed the water drain pipes were so loud it would startle and wake you up. Terrible

The breakfast eggs and sausage were cold
