Residence Inn by Marriott Rogers

It was very clean and had plenty of room. The location was perfect. Several restaurants near by and within walking distance. The front desk staff was wonderful.

The place was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the staff was kind and welcoming. I definitely would not go during the motorcycle event again because it was pretty loud. I also wish that they used little bottles of shampoo and soap because we did not want to use the big bottles in the shower for sanitary reasons. Otherwise, it wasnt a decent stay.

Room was big, clean, had everything we needed. Staff was helpful and always available. Hot breakfast was a plus.

Price gouging because of an event.

The bathroom across from the bed. It caused disruption of sleep when someone used the facilities in the night.

The location was great, The facility was amazingly clean and very nice.

At check in we had a girl with a nose ring that constantly complained about her broken car, She put us in a handycap room that had a very low bed, unusable tub, and kitchen sink was good for handicap, but not for us. We had three adults and two table chairs to sit at. The room was just not right for us and I am not sure why we were put there. This girl constantly complained and told us she was moving to Colorado. I say good.... I hope she does not come back.

It had more room than a typical hotel room.

The black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. The staff was never upfront unless it was early morning, and or sometimes in the afternoon. We had to go get our own toilet paper out of the guest bathrooms in the halls and tell her we had to get her own towels because they only came every other day to clean the room and refurnish with towels. Every single time I went to the front desk there was no one there unless it was breakfast time. It was so bad when I tried to go to the front desk that I would open and close the front door, hoping it would set off some kind of a bell in the back for the employees to be alerted but it only worked one time black mold in the bathroom. What’s the basketball and I was so busy dealing with a very sick mother trying to move her into assisted-living. I didn’t have the time in it or energy to deal with it but they didn’t have the same size room anywhere else in their facility, so it would’ve been pointless to complain  because of work other rooms available in the same size. I did talk to the general manager and she did refund my entire amount that I had paid but now all three of us are sick and I wonder if it’s the black mold and it sure wasn’t worth getting a refund. I’d rather just have a normal decent room and not have to deal or think about black mold thing in my own room.

Beautiful property and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. One suggestion if you are going to have a kitchen with pots and pans, get sheet pans for guests so they can cook things in the oven. We stayed in Residence Inns our entire 3 week vacation and this was the only one without sheet pans for cooking. I didn't inquire with staff and was told they don't have those. Otherwise, wonderful stay.

Aside from renovations happening in the building, our experience was great! Loved the suite!
