Noisy environment, a power generator was on all the time. They need to improve the food preparation. Let’s forget about more options, the ones there could be cooked better.

Really good

A hotel that will ruin your vacation, with no food or drinks (empty trays, mediocre food, bad drinks), and additionally with power outages. The only positive thing to highlight is the hotel staff - very attentive and friendly.

We had no working A/C for the entire stay. I had to request a fan to get by, and the fan was broken and stuck on the slowest speed. I had a medical emercency and my room phone did not work the entire stay. I asked SEVERL TIMES TO CORRECT conditions, but they just did not. was fixed. DO NOT STAY HERE, FOOD WAS HORRIBLE, AND JUST UNSAFE! I am asking for a full refund!!!!!! WORST EXPERIANCE EVER!!!!!!!! ROOM 2306 IS UNSFAE!!!!!!

I arrived at 5pm and was told my room was not ready. Check in was at 3pm after two hours my room was still not ready. Later the room given to my family and I the first issue was the ac was not working properly. Complained to the front desk more than five times to either change my room or check the ac unit. The front desk representatives didn't want to give us a new room. Had to request to speak to the manager, Ms. Anna S. Ended up giving us a new room after all the run around. The second issue was the little fridge was not cooling. My family and I will not be returning here. Horrible experience.

Pro: the room and the grounds are quite nice. Beach is nice especially for kite surfing. It is windy. Cons: Hotel primarily caters to local tourists. At least during our summer, the place is full to the rim with large families from the Dominican Republic. They are very happy folks but it gets so crowded and loud that most tourists from the US or Europe are not really able to relax anywhere on the property. When the music finally stops close to midnight, somebody is sure to bring their own music to keep the party going all night. Again, not a bad property and very friendly staff but we will look for a more quiet and relaxing place next time we come to Cabarete.

I booked two room and for the entire stay they were unable to fix the air conditioner. I reported on the first night that we had no air conditioner and the response was that they were sending maintenance. The next day I personally went to the front desk at 7 am and informed them about the AC. I went to enjoy the amenities of the hotel and returned back to the room at 7:30 pm and informed them that the AC was not working. The manager went personally to see what the problem was and it was resolved for two hours and then the AC broke down. One of my family members was moved to another room. However, due to the time that I reported the incident around 11:30 pm they were not able to accommodate me in another room. I was given a fan and told that no other rooms were available because the hotel was full.

The staff was very pleasant and Alfredo on the front desk was pleasant and very helful! I enjoyed the beach and watching all the kite surfing!

I didn’t like that there was roaches in my room. The staff had attitude. They didn’t change towels in hour days, I recuestes them over 10 times. The entertainers were harassing me to go to parties our of the properties. The only good thing that happened to me was Persia. Shout out to Persia.

I have stayed at this resort in past and this trip was the worst experience ever. The rooms were not nice and air conditioning was faulty. First night we were switched to 3 different rooms and the last room with good AC had a handle that came off and cut my finger. It was a terrible experience. Ants all over the room couldnt even put my babies play pen ln the floor.
