is one of the worst resorts I have visited, I need a refund for 2 days and for one person who did not attend since they told me to speak with Expedia because there was nowhere to sit to eat the food and the table wasent enough for the amount of people , is the waiters did not serve you you have to be in line 20 min for soda or coffe

It’s not all inclusive when you have to wait in lines all day for food or drink, by the way. Food is mediocre at best, the staff doesn’t want to be there.

At one point there was no towels for guests by the pool and beach. There was also no cups available at the bar that’s by the pool. The WiFi was garbage: at a resort, the WiFi should be best money can buy for its guest. The food and restaurant options could have been better. This resort was not prepared for all of its guests. It was embarrassing and disappointing.

The hotel staff was very helpful, friendly, respectful, but unfortunately, with respect to the food in the buffet restaurant area, it was the worst I have seen in many years. In the 6 days that I was there, every night there were pig's feet, lentils, eggplant, and salads. I often saw flies passing over them. When I saw the faces of the poor Europeans, I felt so identified with them because I knew their feelings of disapproval and frustration at seeing the lack of variety in the food. It was a total disaster. I would never return to that hotel and I would never recommend it.

Please go somewhere else. The worst resort I’ve been to. First I booked a two beds room here on Expedia & got there & the room only had one bed. I was given a 3rd floor room with the elevator not functioning. The cards to get into the room got deactivated twice during my stay. It was a huge inconvenience with a toddler that I had to go twice to the main lobby.

Check in was supposed to be at 3. We got there at 2:30 and did t get a room until 6pm and we’re not given a reason why. There was not a lot of variety in the food. Hotel entertainment was lame. The pool area and common area in the evening was boring. No music after 10pm. I won’t be booking this hotel again.

THE STAFF AT THE FACILITY WAS EXCELLENT , RESPECTFUL, ALWAYS WILLING TO ASSIST IN ANYTHING NEEDED, THEIR CHARACTER WAS EXCELLENT, SHOUT OUT TO " RAFINA AT THE BAR ALWAYS MAKING MY DRINKS AND CAPPUCCINO COFFEE WITH A SMILE, TEDDY-BEAR AT THE BEACH SITE FOR HIS PLEASANT CONVERSATIONS, 'KENNEDY THE SECURITY GUARD FOR ALWAYS MAKING SURE THAT THE HOTEL WAS SAFE, EMMANUEL AND JUAN FROM THE CHAIN MEMBERSHIP AREA FOR THEIR UNDERSTANDING AND GREAT SERVICE. IN GENERAL THE THE ENTIRE STAFF AT THE BUFFET CAFETERIA.
