Viva Tangerine by Wyndham, A Trademark All Inclusive

Wyndham hotels are extremely disappointing and incredibly inconsistent. From one hotel to another, the differences are staggering. One room, sheets covered in what seems to be a brown substance from previous people, along with no AC, dirty towels, etc… the food is just okay, but with all the money you’re paying, you expect better, and also is cooked in the laziest manner possible. Tips are expected at an ALL INCLUSIVE hotel, and if you don’t tip SOME workers who help you in the slightest way, they become very disrespectful with their looks, ultimately becoming complete recluses. Most workers are extremely nice, and don’t deserve to be working at such a place, don’t stay with Wyndham unless you want a very disappointing stressful time, the beaches and pools are NOT worth it.

This place was so unorganized. I came to this resort with a big group for a wedding, and the hotel was not prepared for us. The food was mid or bad AND we received stale chips at the Mexican restaurant even after we asked if we could get a new batch. For breakfast, the only thing good was the omelette, because it was made fresh. Some of my friends would get drinks at the bar, and their cups would have lipstick marks. Thankfully, I had my own thermos to drink out but that should not have happened. One of the days, they were doing construction on the stairs in front of my room, which started at 11 am until I left for the wedding at 3:30 PM. It was loud and there was so much dust and debris. My boyfriend was unable to take a nap and we had to be careful when opening the door. I even left the room at some point to get water and saw the wire of the jackhammer. I stepped over it, but before I got my other foot over, the worker pulled on the wire, tripping and almost making me fall. My boyfriend told me that the gym equipment wasn't the best either. The treadmill was running slowly and wasn't tracking the mile correctly. When I went to customer service to let them know about the construction and everything, the lady looked at me like she didn't know this construction was happening and apologized. Later that night I got a small plate of brownie with a note thanking us for the visit to the resort and to leave a positive review..... I would not recommend this place!

Very clean, very nice staff. Buffet food was tolerable, however the a la carte restaurants were very good!!

Great value, great location with good pool and beach access, very friendly staff. Food was Ok. Room basic but good with airco and good beds.

The beach is very nice ,other than that my balcony was directly in front of a bar that was under construction with workers hammering away at 8 am till around 3 pm . The wifi says network not secured, someone hacked my daughter's phone and sent her messages trying to meet up with her posing as my cousin that was with us . The room smelled of bengay or vicks . The food was terrible, the burgers and hot dogs where the worst ive ever had .I understood this was a hotel for adults , why where there kids here ? Oh why dont the balcony have handles on the outside ? This overall experience

The ocean views are not the greates

The facility was really nice! One of the best all inclusive resorts that I have stayed at. The people there were really nice and made my experience very enjoyable. I’m already planning my next trip there.
