Viva Tangerine by Wyndham, A Trademark All Inclusive

For a smaller resort it was exactly what we needed for a relaxing/rejuvenating vacation !

Hotel and beach are always spotlessly clean (wish it were that way at home). During our 9-day stay, my wife and I always ate in the large buffet restaurant because we enjoy eating. The offerings changed daily and were delicious. The staff and servers could not have been nicer and were fluent in English. We want to thank Yoni, in particular, for overseeing our complete stay. Fun shows every night with talented dancers and an incredible gymnast. There is a unique offering at this resort- beach entertainment. That being watching the kite surfers. The beach can become uncomfortable on red flag days (we had two), but the magnificent pool is there as a backup. Palm trees, instead of umbrellas, make the tropical venue complete. My only caution would be that rough waves make ocean swimming too challenging for some. We were offered a large money saving, multiple stay at many Viva resort location that we would have considered at a younger and healthier time. Don't be afraid to investigate it- there's no strongarming or hard-sell. Actually, we enjoyed our conversations with their salespersons, Brian and Oliver. Hope to return next year.

Good location for kiting. Food was mediocre at best. It is easy to train kitchen staff to make great reasonably priced food so this is unacceptable.

TV did not work, AC thermostat broken bathroom not in good condition . Toilet clogged

I really enjoyed my stay at the resort. I took a solo trip and I felt safe around the resort. The staff were extreme friendly and helpful. They have a great group of people I like to call the "HypeWoman & HypeMen that do different activities & nightly performances. They were very engaging and fun. I Highly recommend this place, its small but it has everything you need for a good relaxingg stay. Highly recommend!

Older property. Traveling with kids and the TV didn’t work. Was told the cable company was coming out to fix them. Then was told it’s the TV will need to switch them out. They switched one out on the 5th day we were there. Still wasn’t working. WiFi stopped working in the room due to loud construction on the building. Manager was very rude to us about the entire situation. Seemed as if we were bothering him. He knew that we were having issues with our room from day one but didn’t step foot in our room until the 5th day after many complaints from us. The other manager from guest services offered us 2 free 30 min massages and for our kids facials. Some of the staff are very friendly and some are not. The location was very safe. The food was t the best.

Easy access to the restaurant and beach.

The resort was clean and safe. The food was good and well prepared. The pool was my favorite spot. The staff is great. Our stay was pleasant and relax.

The property was wonder. Great staff. Very clean and organized. Many good options. Was a great experience. Highly recommend!
