Did not like that people were smoking in the pool with kids around. Not very clean

The staff were wonderful, it's more the facilities. The rooms and the surrounding building need a lot of upgrades.

From the minute we walked in, it was one con job after another! They tried to tell us they upgraded us to a room out by the road, far from all activities and most of all the farthest distance from what you come to an all inclusive resort for, Beach/Pool/Bar/Food. Maybe not in that order! The male cheerleaders around the pool may have been great for single ladies looking for action! But hardly appropriate for familes. Very unprofessional! The food was the same thing every meal! Just reincarnated as something else! This place is a NO BACON zone! If you like overcooked burnt omlettes, then you are all set. But bring your own bacon! And i was told I could not have a diet coke for breakfast? Only later! A tip changed that for the rest of my stay. Today, NO potaotes on the buffet for breakfast of any kind. If you plan on eating at one of the restaurants, make sure you visit off season. They had nothing for us. After arguing for 20 minutes, i finally got a 6:45 reservation at the fusion restaurant. We arrived a few minutes late after getting stuck in the elevator and were told we were too late! All the pamphlets state the hours are 7-10? Go figure! Little to no hot water or pressure made for a great shower! Had to jump in the pool to get shampoo out! But we have all been there. The property is very old and tired. The shows at night were well thought out, but poorly performed, Everyone was on their own. No coordination! And the sound and acoustics in the theatre were bad. Stay Away!

Staff were great. Room was nice with balcony overlooking ocean and pool area. Food was mediocre with limited restaurant options.entertainment was not good. Hoped for more cultural performances and instead it was people dancing to American music.They ran out of pool towels everyday we tried to get one. Had to call for bath towels for 5/7 days.They need better laundry facility to keep up with demand.small area for people to gather.It rained every evening so a lot of people gathered it small area. Very noisy. Especially being right next to food Buffett.meals were noisy.only one bar.Snacks 11-7 and 11a-7p consisted of dried over cooked burgers and dogs/dried up fries. Nacho chips were good.gift shop advertised as being open everyday 9a-8p.not true.closed Sat and was closed Monday way before 8 Went to nearby bar for some peaceful drinks

Way too crowded for such a small space. Our room was incredibly small - only one person could walk around bed and room to bathroom at a time. The food is sub par - probably the worse all inclusive resort I have ever been to.

Food was above average. Only one bar, always a line. This was the biggest drawback. Bring a big mug! Great Kitesurfing right at beach with excellent instructors! Walking to town on road is a hazzard. Walking on beach to restaurants is fine!
