Days Inn by Wyndham Henrietta/Rochester Area

I liked the convenience of this property's location. It was reasonably clean and affordable. I was disappointed there wasn't any breakfast service, even coffee wasn't provided

Basically a converted motel, door looked like it had been kicked more than once. Bathroom dirty. Im not a princess but this was just plain gross. Basically slept on top of the sheets waiting for morning and tried not to touch anything

This is the most run down hotel I have ever seen. I'm talking ghetto looking. At first I thought it was shuttered. I didn't feel safe in the daytime, so can't imagine what it would be like at night. When driving in the parking lot, some guy tried selling me bell peppers. Wyndham should be embarrassed this place is even affiliated with it's name.

very dirty carpet. lot. of smell. very small bathroom not able to stand and shower. will not recommend at all to stay. maybe a day trip but not night stay. bedding not clean. very poor surroundings and ambience was very dirty.

The place should be closed.

I’m pretty easy to please, just give me a clean room, fresh towels and a comfortable bed and I’m okay. This place had none of them. Dirty towels left in the bathroom, bugs in the shower, pretty much the whole package of “never stay here again.

Very dirty room, the lamp not working, the carpet dirty, bathroom dirty, towels dirty, bedding dirty.

the sheets were clean , and the water was hot

Shabby at best

It was quiet a/c worked and had nice pillows. Everything worked.

Room was musty, moldy, pealing paint. Could use some maintenance and a deep clean

Horrible place, filthy room, wet smell in the room.
