Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Manchester Bedford

It was clean spacious and had all the amenities I needed. The staff was wonderful.

The garbage cans were rather small and overflowed since housekeeping only comes every other day.

Close enough to restaurants and stores.

Room was dated, sink plug was broken had to manually pull it up to work. Toilet seat was peeling.

Very comfortable and nice staff

Food at breakfast wasn’t very good but that was expected for buffet food.

Location was convenient to our needs.

Paid extra for a spa tub room with fireplace for a quick romantic get away. Staff at the desk was really snarky when I called down to ask how to turn on the fireplace. His response was. “It’s seasonal”. First - October in New England - that’s seasonal. Second, don’t be a smartass. Third - it was the guy with the really bad suit, that didn’t fit properly. He needs some CS training.

room was big

they never once came in to clean our room. we were there three nights. the sign said they would clean every other day. we did not have replacements for coffee provided. nor towels we had to ask from the cleaning lady who told us they would not clean our room even on the third day there. very rude answers from front desk woman when i asked for replacement for coffee. they also did not provide bottled water as free supply.
