The Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa

The location was unbeatable - 5 min walk into the main town but on a quiet street. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and were the true stars of the resort. The resort was exceptionally decorated, beds comfortable, amenities perfect. When we come back to Jackson Hole we will always stay here!

Everything about our stay was excellent. I was especially impressed by how well-appointed the room was for travelers, specifically plenty of storage including many hooks and hangers for gear (room) and toiletries (bathroom). I am always disappointed when otherwise upscale inns don’t supply the real essentials that make a room convenient and comfortable. The bathroom was wonderful, and I appreciated the complementary bath salts for nice tub soaks! The service throughout our stay was friendly and top-notch. Also loved our spa massages. We would recommend highly to travelers who lean toward intimate boutique hotels.

As a vegetarian, I found the restaurant menu disappointing. My husband and I both felt our dinners were good but not excellent (he had a meat-based dish). We did not have breakfast during our stay. The restaurant and bar area are lovely and comfortable and the service was very good.

Rusty Parrot was truly incredible!! From the large rooms, fluffy towels and comfy bedding, incredible spa, delicious food and drinks, to the impeccable service. It was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a beautiful location. Would highly recommend.

Great staff - we felt like they really cared about our stay with them and they wanted everything perfect! Everyone had a smile in their face and a kind thing to say. We will ALWAYS stay at the Rusty Parrot while staying in Jackson!

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff was absolutely incredible, shout out to Diego, Junior and Will who stood out. We loved the look and feel of the hotel, the rooms were beautiful, well lit bathrooms and mirrors to get ready in and comfortable beds, with killer views of the mountain. Overall 100/100 experience

The bar area was a little small and didn't have the best seating arrangements for groups to sit and chat

This hotel did not disappoint. From the time we walked in to the time we left. The staff is so friendly and always prompt. There is fresh coffee 24/7, fresh cookies in the evening, and they leave you little chocolates and a poem/song midday while you are gone. It is clean and modern but has such a cozy feel. Close to everything but tucked away enough it’s quiet. I can’t say enough! Great experience!

My girlfriend and I got our first ever couples treatment at the Sage Spa in the Rusty Parrot. We opted for the 90-minute “energy force” massage and crystal exfoliation with custom aromatherapy. We were sent an online questionnaire with all kinds of questions to drive our treatment. Instead of asking about my skin or sore muscles, it asked more personal questions, including what kind of flowers I liked and where I’d like to spend a Friday night. Based on the survey answers, the massage staff determined that my best match was the Phia “Grounding” essential oil scent. The message therapists were top-notch and the whole experience was above and beyond what we had ever experienced at a spa. I highly recommend it!
