A rede é sempre muito agradável, a hospedagem foi tranquila e com funcionários muito atenciosos. Os quiosques na praia são bons e tem estrutura excelente ( ir à praia e ter um banheiro limpo e um restaurante com opções torna o passeio melhor). Café da manhã incrível, gostei das meninas que fazem tapioca e waffle, tmb achei legal prepararem suco natural na hora. No geral as programações da região - quiosques- terminam cedo (17:00 horas ) então o hotel tem perfil para quem gosta de descansar.

Café da manhã e estruturas de piscinas são os únicos pontos positivos do hotel atualmente

Várias quartos com ar condicionado com defeito, escutamos que quase o 3o andar do hotel todo estava com esse problema.. tive que mudar de quarto 3x para ficar em 1 que o ar melhorava o ambiente, mas não resfriava como deveria.. e para conseguir isso tive com pedir várias vezes, e acho q só consegui porque assinei o livro de reclamações.. funcionários da recepção sabiam do problemas, mas não faziam questão de resolvê-lo.
