"It’s a disapointed experience"

It has hottub, real fireplace and BBQ. The hottub area also has good mountain view

I feel I was ripped off for the price. I booked well in advance but ended up having to pay far more than it should be. The price dropped off significantly after that but booking.com didn’t honor their price guarantee commitment. I think you should not book well in advance, or otherwise should check to cancel and rebook. Customer service is very slow and like a machine, every time with auto reply that they would address it within 24 hours, in fact never respond

"Great place to"

Really great location to experience wildlife whilst still being close to Banff. Hot pools and view are fantastic. Staff really good and property was clean.

Great location Very helpful staff

The rooms really smelt of smoke and sweat! We have three attempts of finding a room and finally ended up with a house where ventilation was better! So glad we only stayed one night
