Location and property was good

Bed were not comfortable need to upgrade to softer ones

Fácil transporte , gran estancia buen personal

El personal es excepcional sobre todo Alex, la ubicación en perfecta y es cómodo para hacer base en Banff y visitar y hacer rutas por la zona . Repetiría sin duda .

Necesitan dales un lavado de cara porque se le ve algo viejos . Por lo demás son perfectos .

The property was located outside the main town so this provided quiet time away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The free bus passes were more than useful as parking in the town was difficult.

For the $$$ the property was a little run down. Paint peeling from outdoor fixtures and inside the decor / furniture were dated. The pool surrounds (stone) were chipped and worn with some tiles missing from the pool edging. The sauna again was a little tired with the wood worn in parts.

Great amenities, great staff, clean room

It's close to the railway, so we could hear the noise from trains going by

The Hidden Ridge was a great value for the money… we were able to upgrade at check in for 50% off for a balcony room that had an upstairs and was very spacious… however the rooms themselves are a little outdated with dim lighting but perfect for what we needed… we were almost never in the room and a short shuttle ride to town… we had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were quickly resolved by very pleasant and helpful staff!
