This was a nice to stay for an night. The property was as advertised with a nice hot pool at the entrance, free fire wood and other cool options. We had a fridge, range and over and microwave.. perfect for a few nights. The hot pool was pretty cool and we didn't experience any of the parking issues the other people had. They even have underground parking if you need it.

There was no air conditioning.. When we arrived it was pretty warm and the apartment had no options other than opening windows. Ok when there is wind, but without it.. hope for the best. It remained pretty warm the whole night. Also, the property had seen better days. Wall paper was peeling, flooring was giving up.. It felt like a place that's best time had been two decades ago. Not a deal breaker, but for what you pay, I'd expect a bit better.

​I’ll probably start by saying how absolute fire the staff is. The team is so polite and incredibly friendly—I must have asked a thousand questions, and they answered every single one. Working in customer service myself, I know firsthand how tough it is to keep that friendly energy up. But the guys working from May 30th to May 31st (forgive me, I forgot their names!) were just a solid 100 out of 10. ​The second highlight is the location. If you’re driving, it’s absolutely perfect, though I did see buses around too. You’re up in the mountains, away from all the noise, and the cabins are pure love. The whole property feels like a magical place; it’s like stepping straight into a fairy tale. And having a real wood-burning fireplace right in the room? That was a level of excitement I can’t even put into words. ​They have great grill areas on-site, which we unfortunately didn’t get to use since we only stayed for one night. But the pool area... oh man, that was the absolute ultimate highlight. There are two pools with stunning views of the mountains and Banff—I seriously didn’t want to leave. I could have stayed in that hot water forever. Plus, there’s a sauna; I wouldn’t say it was totally my thing, but it was still nice. ​Overall, I can 100% say I will be back, and I will absolutely recommend this place to all my friends!

​I could only find two downsides. First is the parking. It’s a "first-come, first-served" situation. I really think the parking spots should be assigned to specific rooms. ​The second issue is the bathroom... guys, you seriously need to update it. The shower was practically broken with barely any water pressure. Plus, there was hair in the drain (which is something that can easily be cleaned). ​But honestly, these negatives didn’t really impact our stay much, and they definitely won't change my overall positive opinion of this place.

Pool and location

Not clean, very old building and accommodation, furniture….too small bathroom, very noisy during evening even after 12h00 midnight children were playing outside and making a lot of noise.
