Maui Kamaole - Maui Condo & Home

Best condo we've ever had, rooms are big, very clean and conformable, right across from several major beaches. Great pools and hot tub. The unit we stayed was very clean. Very pleased with our stay!!

We loved our stay at the Maui Kamaole, with our 2 young kids. We stayed in unit L-209, which was conveniently located near the upper pool - but up the hill, so not really walking distance to the beach, especially with 2 kids and all the beach gear in tow. We ended up driving to the beach every time. The unit was really nice (carpet could be updated), with lots of cooking utensils, beach gear, functioning AC and Wifi, a DVD and Music player, and nice comfortable bedding. It felt like a home away from home!

Great location across from beach and with walking distance of restaurants. Unit was good, kitchen and bath had been renovated. Carpet was tired. Complex had a lot of rules - pool was basically a no fun zone. If that is not a problem it is worth being consider.

The condos are located across the street from Kamaole Beach park III which is a nice park with playground for kids and a very nice beach with low waves. The condos in the complex are individually owned so each one looks a bit different and the upgrades and updates varies a lot from unit to unit. It is nice that there is a full kitchen in the apartment, fully equipped. Overall a nice place to stay at an affordable price.

Great location and somewhat quiet, but we had unit C-106 and it was beside the pool and there was some noise from that. I think there was a mouse in the kitchen as some things were chewed on and had to put everything in the fridge or in secured containers. I also wish it was all tile as the carpets were dirty. My feet and socks if I wore them, would always get dirty. This was our second stay in this complex and the first unit we stayed in was much better. I would recommend to others and if I went again, I would make sure we did not get this unit.

Great for morning walks, shopping, coffee breaks and meals. Close to go beach.

This condo had 1 Bedroom with 2 bathrooms. A little bit dated the cupboards are old and slam with every close. Air conditioner in Master would only turn off if unplugged. Bathrooms had hair in shower and on floor of master bath. The Vertical blinds were missing slats and in poor condition. We had to supply our own dishwasher soap as we were left with 1 wash worth. E 101 with E8 parking stall. Pretty spacious with nice Lanai gorgeous landscape meticulously maintained. Bed in master was comfy and lots of linen and towels. Pull out sofa and blow up mattress for 4 people. Great TVs with HD with all the channels. BBQs were nice and the pools were awesome. Washer and dryer worked good all appliances good.

Great place to stay as far as location and grounds are well kept. Good access to the beaches and the pool was okay. The room we rented for the 10 days was EXTREMELY outdated (hard to tell on the pictures). AMAZING view, but the carpets were never updated (bet they are 20 years old), the curtains were torn and overall just outdated and very worn. The pool also has SO many rules. LOTS of tenants that are older and don't love children playing. No doing ANYTHING. It was okay for my older children, but I could see this being an issues for younger ones.

I would not recommend going to the no fun zone. That is what we call the pools at this condo. You are not allowed to make any noise at all and we had a night gaurd yell at us for playing with our kids in the pool because they were making to much noise. Day and night time. The condo was not bad but there were ants everywhere inside the condo. For the price I would say not a good place to stay
