Maui Kamaole - Maui Condo & Home

Excellent; comfortable and quiet. Great location! Will return!!

We paid the extra for the ocean view on this first trip to Maui and it was totally worth it. The beach just across the street, Kamaole III, is beautiful and I had some awesome snorkeling just walking in. Kamaole III has lifeguards but care is needed with small kids here as there is strong shore break. Below the condo complex is a boat launch making this a very convenient location for those wishing to take snorkeling tours. Five adults stayed in the two bedroom condo and we were very comfortable, especially with the two bathrooms. Our suite had two levels and three decks (lanai). Every time we stepped onto the main deck we were greeted with a warm breeze scented with plumeria and the banter of tropical birds nestled in trees dotting the property. We loved the accommodation and would absolutely stay there again!!!

Location was great. However, there were no cleaning services during 5 nights of stay. And there were many bugs, including loaches. I felt so not clean and didn't want to use kitchen. Laundry machine and dryer were helpful to wash swimsuits and towels.

Great location near beach. Did have to deal a water heater replacement our 2nd day there, but no big deal. Couple of cockroaches, but both dead. Oerall, enjoyed the condo very much. Would do again.

We had to book a last minute honeymoon when our original plans got cancelled due to the hurricane. Luckily we found this Maui kamaole condo! It was perfect! Our room was J116 and the view was amazing and we were a short walk to the pool too. They also had some snorkel gear and beach chairs to use. We are planning another trip back for our anniversary.

Easy walk to the Kamole beach III and saw sea turtles and tropical fish while snorkeling. Great location. Just got to get rid of the sugar ants.

My husband and I stayed in C-209 for 5 days with our 3 teenagers and 73 year old mother-in-law in July. There is a flight of stairs to enter the condo, but once in, bedrooms are on the main floor and in the loft. The 2 king beds were extremely comfortable. The pull out couch can sleep 2 small teens, but is as comfortable as can be expected. Bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking and tupperware to take sandwiches to the beach. We ate on the deck with an ocean view every night. The condo had 2 beach chairs and several beach towels- no umbrella. (We rented chairs, umbrella and snorkels from The Snorkel Store - great service!) There is a clean, quiet pool that rarely had people in it - probably because the beaches are so beautiful. I recommend having a rental car so you can swim and snorkel at all the amazing beaches. One parking spot is allowed per rental. There are several grocery stores down the street. Kamaloe Beach I, II III are down the hill and shops at Wailea are a few miles south. Pack light - you only need a few bathing suits, shorts and a t-shirt. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was outdated. Broken sofa bed. No privacy door in the loft room. Beds were soft and uncomfortable. Lack of pillows. Back pain from sleeping. Missing items in the kitchen. Limited utensils and constantly have to wash them. Dryer in the bathroom did not work well, takes forever to dry clothes. The bathroom fan was super noisy, don't even want to turn it on. TV remote was low on battery. The upper pool was small and has rough bottom, painful to walk on and can scratch your skin.

We loved staying at Maui Kamaole - beautiful grounds, great spacious apartment, fabulous pool(s), and a fantastic view from our room. Walking distance to beaches & restaurants. It worked perfectly for us.
