Kihei Akahi - Maui Condo & Home

Located in front of the beach and close to market area. I do not like late checkin time 3pm

Right across the street from a beautiful beach. Close to restaurants.

The location of this condo could not have been much better. It is right across the street from a nice beach and right next to all the main restaurants in the area. The condo itself was nice. My only complaint is, I wish they would have had beach towels. They say to pack your own but if you're traveling, most people dont have room for 2 or more giant towels in the luggage. They did provide beach chairs and umbrellas, that was nice. If you stay here, open all the windows in the living room and bedroom to get air flowing. The cool breeze keeps the condo at a nice temp. If it does get too hot, turn the portable ac on for a bit. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay there.

everything is old

Dated rooms but excellent location. Our room had a great view. Nice Central location close to everything in walking distance. There is no hottub on his property!

Great location, overall the property was well maintained.

Everything was great. The manager on the property was amazing she's such a sweetheart. The only problem I had with this place was the air conditioning unit. We were on the 6th floor and when we used it it would leak water outside and go down to the condo below us and the guy would call and complain. The manager Diana was great when she called us about it. She was just a doll. Finally after we did everything we could the owner was contacted to take care of the issue. Other then that the property was absolutely beautiful with amazing views!

It was great but no air conditioning in the bedroom made it pretty hot and the sofa bed was impossible to sleep on and needs to be replaced. There were alot of cockroaches but not sure if that is typical for that area. Other than those items everything was great and even with those items when I go back to Maui I would stay there again I would just take bug spray. Location couldn't be better and we enjoyed very much

I was very disappointed that the unit did not have air conditioning. There were barely any pots and pans to cook with. Not enough bath towels. I stayed in a different unit at the same place the time before this and it was a wonderful unit place fully stocked with everything we needed. It just depends on who owns the unit.

I felt in love with the place very cozy home away from home ... Steps to the beach love it!!!
