Kihei Akahi - Maui Condo & Home

It was very nice staying in this condo. Very roomy. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and souvenir shops. The only downfall was that our unit had no AC.

This was our second time to Maui. Loved the location. Beautiful view from our unit. The condo was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and having laundry in the unit was convenient. The pool was really lovely. We would stay here again for sure!

Nice property. Close to beach, restaurants, shops.Ground were very nicely landscaped and well maintained. The unit was very clean and nicely appointed, beds were good quality. It felt like great value for what we paid.Perfect for families.

Was pleasantly surprised at how nice it is...only thing is the lay out is a bit weird...you walk right into the kitchen and the kitchen counter if you're not careful. It did the job and kids were happy! I'd definitely rent it again! oh and I needed to extend their stay and the office ladies were sooo nice and helpful!

Room was good. The bed could have been better. The grounds, pool and close to the beach was great.

When we first arrived in the condo C208 we were disappointed that there was no ac. We opened windows and turned on all fans and the place became comfortable. The condo itself was well supplied, clean and very up to date. What made the comfort of the room terrible was discovery of bugs crawling around. Bugs determined to be termites.

We stayed for 10 days in June 2016. It is across the street from Kamaole beach on the south end of Kihei - very near the exclusive hotels in Wailea. The room was not managed by the local staff, but by a management company with an office nearby. It would have been nice to have known this and be given a contact number before we arrived. The room was very well worth the very reasonable price and I would recommend it. Be sure to ask in advance if the room is air conditioned if you are staying in summer.

Con: We booked 2 condos, one of them has a very strong curry odor, probably from the previous cooking. It lasts about 3 days. Could have asked for another unit. Pro: Right across the beach, convenient to restaurants, grocery store.

Dated, dated, dated! Condo was Dated! For what We paid definitely not worth it at all. I am sure that it was cleaned but it was old and tired looking and this gave it the appearance of being dirty. Very dissapointed with this particular condo.

Great condo-very confortable that had been upgraded. Great location-across the street from a very nice beach and walking distance to many nice restaurants and shops.
