Nice place, good location, updated condo, not a hotel

Had a wonderful time the location was perfect. All you need to do is buy groceries and rent a jeep!

We loved the ocean views, trade winds, comfortable bed and large kitchen. We used the pool bbqs for dinners and enjoyed the balcony in our room. Slightly older condo but very honey and great location! We did a beach sunset walk every night. Great spot!

Nice 1 bdrm condo 1st floor easy walk to beach, shops, and FOOD. Will definitely be staying here again.

We had a really great time. The condo we stayed in had an unbelievable view which made up for a lot of the misses with the condo. The condo was great and great location but the simplest supplies were not provided and was very disappointed that we would have to supply these for ourselves. Basic things like coffee filters, garbage bags and sugar. I mean even staying at a hotel would have these basic supplies in ample quantities for a week's stay. Also, don't count on using the pool. The water is frigid. Not pleasant what so ever. We went with our infant daughter and the pool was just impossible to use. Not only that but the entire building is basically a retirement getaway so don't count on privacy. You will get looped into the condo gossip.

The location and view where great. The unit 608 is in need of an update . Counters, carpets, grout in bathroom and couch. The bedding should be replaced and hopefully upgraded. The property was clean and maintained.

Can I get a full refund ?

On our last night in Maui, we came back to our Condo to take showers from the beach and then go to Happy Hour and then a party. We were unable to get into our Condo. The door wouldn't work. We called the front desk. It was 4:15pm. The office was closed for the day and it shuffled us to another number. We called that. They tried remotely 3 times by changing our code. None of them worked. They said they would send someone over but it would take 45 minutes. We were still in our beach clothes and couldn't take a shower. We missed the sunset waiting for the first person to show, that never did. We missed happy hour because we were still waiting. We finally left to take a walk because they said they wouldn't be there for 45 minutes and then they would call us, which they didn't. We missed our party on our last night because we needed better clothes. We were locked out for over 3 hours on our last night and offered no compensation for the hassle or inconvenience. I had to call them 8 times. Then we were told our door had swelled because of the heat even though it's always hot and we had been in and out for 4 days.

When booking this accommodation, we requested ground floor, view and king bed. We were given 2nd floor "garden view" with queen bed in a very small and cramped apartment. Unit C-208. The property was in fair, moderately dirty condition. There was no one to help with our bags and groceries. No carts to carry our belongings either. This was a check in at the advised check- in time - 3 pm. The property management co. Maui Condo and Home first said there was nothing else available in Maui, then offered a ground floor unit in another property at over twice the price. As we had no other option at that hour, we took it.
