Reception help were always friendly. Morning breakfast attendants were quick to refill empty food and beverage condiments. Cleaning staff were helpful and attentive.

Great room. Nice big TV with Netflix available. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice.

Breakfast is bad.Very limited options and staff didnt refill .Hotels.com said Parking is free. But received a charge for parking

Noise of the street

Pretty “meh” experience. Here’s the list: I’m an honors member and they said there were no notes in my file so we got noisy street side room. Forgot to give us water on check in, the room we changed to had a misaligned door that required a shoulder block to get into and close, waffle machine ate people’s waffles ever single day of the six days we stayed. They were nice but they have a low bar and things are over after they happen, which I suppose is helpful if you’re going to put out a mediocre product. I wrote a similar review to Hilton and never heard a peep. This is not a bad place to stay, it’s just not a very good one either.

Area was relatively convenient but the room was extremely smelly upon entering. All our large bath towels were wet and smelly and when we asked for replacements we were told we had to wait for an hour to wait for the shift to turn over at the front desk and that they would deliver to our room later at night, which bever happen

Ok room, good places to grab a bit to eat, but not enough parking spots.

We had a accessible room and the washroom was well fitted out with grab bars and easy to navigate for my husband who uses a walker/wheelchair. The staff were terrific, very nice and very helpful. The one issue, which I found odd, is that there was no automatic/wheelchair button for either the door of the room or the back doors of the hotel, which made it very challenging to get into the room.
