Location is nice, just next to the highway and close to the university.

When asked for three keys staff shared policy is to share only two keys. You should issue more keys if customer requests them.

Nothing, it was a horrible experience. There is no real person to talk to. You have to do everything on a Kiosk. My confirmation was not what they tried to put us in. Had to demand the right room.

Not being able to talk to a human being. Was charged 2 times for my deposit and 2 times for my room. I am still fighting to get my money back. WILL BE TURNING OVER TO BBB IF CAN'T GET IT STRAIGHTENED OUT.
