The bed was wonderful

The bathrooms can be cleaner and we never met stuff. Everything was on the computer or person.

The room smell like urine and sewer,the ac running continuously no thermostat to shut down I couldn't sleep all night long, the breakfast was horrible, no ingredients in all No eggs, no sausages, no fruits, just cereal, pancake and toast, bread and coffee or orange juice, no ,,do not disturb,, tag, in the room, the water pressure was horrible for the shower, fridge was unplugged and the flat screen TV was updating every 10-15 seconds couldn't watch a movie or the news the wifi network was bad, the canopy in the Front the hotel by the Entrance was damage, bad reputation. honestly I regret to stay at the hotel and even if they offer me one year for free to stay in that hotel. I wouldn't I have to ask the receptionist. At 1 o'clock in the morning in the first night to change the room, because the air conditioning was not shutting down and making Noises, he give me another room what the air conditioner was worse. So I didn't sleep all night. Went to work tired before I come back to the hotel.I stop at Walmart and give me some earplugs and come back at the hotel. The next night, I sleep a little bit comfortable but not quiet. So honestly, if y'all ask me about the reputation of that hotel, it's totally uncomfortable I will never recommend it. And I'm sorry. I forgot to let you guys know the day. I check out in the morning. I found a bad bug crawling on my bed. I have a video footage. Record it.
