There was a lovely lady in the kitchen. friendly and helpful

On my first checkin the front desk staff was least helpful and abrupt especially in answering where to find my room. Also ordering food or drinks, another lady was just chatting away with a customer, i was pretty just ignored for a while. She didn't pick up the pace. So in my opinion, not a place u like to return to

The hotel rooms are in blocks on two levels. The check in process was very fast, do remember to registar your car using the machine at reception. My room was of a good size.and had, tea and coffee making facilites, a T.V and a good sized bathroom with a bath. Pipps hill retail park is across the street with an Adsa, Costa coffee, and many other stores. There was plenty of free parking at the hotel.

We had to make last minute change to booking due to Fog and the staff were really helpful on the phone and in person once we arrived. Thanks. Beds were big and comfy, parking nice and spacious. H& Signs about pathways made me smile, so watch your step /tread. Nice grounds - squirrels.

Room did the job, lighting a little full on, , especially bathroom, but had good wifi, and kettle.

I liked the size of the room and the friendliness of the staff. They were great with communicating the site and expectations of guests. The room was clean and well maintained and it was a good size

The room had a musty cigarette smell in it. But this is more than likely from a previous guest as smokers tend to leave that cigarette smoke smell on fabric or carpet where they go.
