This hotel is next to a very noisy club which plays loud music until the early hours of the morning . The rooms are tatty and run down , not like the photos show . The rooms smell musty and of sour drains. The owner of the hotel is very rude , promised a refund but did not honour his promise despite us booking into a different hotel and having to pay an extra night's bill . Do not stay at this hotel it is misrepresented by booking.com

Right on the beach... BUT be prepared to drug your luggage through the sand with NO direct access to the "entrance".. !!

We requested and paid for the Superior room with the early check-in included, but we were made wait till regular check-in time and were given a horribroodirty room with leaking toilet and dim lights. The "pool" was a dirty paddle in the middle of the walkway. This establishment should be stripped off all of those 3 stars and be renamed to Hole in the Wall.. !!

Perfect location just around the corner from 5th Ave a couple of blocks from the ADO bus station, very convenient. It Is behind hard rock cafe quinta Ave and 4th Ave. The hotel entrance is on the beach side.Great massage by Katy and Jose and very reasonable price. Galia is very friendly too and her husband. Luciano from the bar/restaurant very friendly, all the people who work there are fantastic. We will be back for sure! Thanks!!

Terrible one! If I could, I will give negative score! You feel the smell of dead fish and the stench of the sludge by the shore! You DO NOT feel SAFE in this hotel! Especially in the bathroom! The ocean view is bulllshitt! Worst experience ever!

The hotel was almost impossible to find, they don't have any parking available, the room was moldy, smelly and old. The kitchen fridge was broken and old, the shower had hairs, mold and rusted items. The towels and rugs had holes and were smelly. The staff did not even asked why we were not staying any longer as planned. The hotel does not want to refund any amount paid. This is definitely a scam!! I will never use Expedia to reserve anything anymore since as a Travel Agency they should take some responsibility for allowing this to happen. So very disapointed!!
