Iba a trabajar en la Universidad de Temple y el hotel está dentro del campus. La habitación es grande y estaba preparada para una persona de movilidad reducida aunque yo tengo esa necesidad. Las toallas son cambiadas sin problema.

Me dieron la llave de una habitación y después de instalarme y salir me di cuenta de que la puerta no se quedaba cerrada. Sin darle la menor importancia me cambiaron a una habitación más pequeña. El servicio de habitaciones no limpia y sólo hace la cama una vez por semana. Cuando llegué el WC estaba sucio. Las ventanas no se abren y la habitación no se ventila.
