The hotel is nested in the middle of Temple University which makes it ideal for anyone having to visit Temple.

The beds are small and the mattress are horrible, too soft that you sink into the middle of bed. They really need to be replaced.

Great location right in the middle of Temple University. I have family not far from location. Philadelphia is an old town and it was nice to be there. Staff were warm. Knew a lot about the area.

Fixtures were clean, BUT old. Bathroom bath drain needs help. They need to revamp their plumbing.
