Terrible experience during my MCAT stay. Wi-Fi was completely unusable during the entire stay — essential for my test prep — and staff blamed my “device” even though it failed on 4 different Apple devices. No help was provided. Worse: we found a mouse in our room, with video proof, and the hotel did nothing. I paid $600+ for this? Unacceptable. Do not stay here if you value cleanliness, reliable service, or even basic professionalism.

No towels in the pool ever Mouse ran through our room Was given wrong room type 1 bed for a family of 4 1 staff member on with a full hotel No selection at breakfast 2 kinds of sausage and 2 kinds of eggs for hot food. Desk next empty for long periods of time due to only 1 staff member
