Castle Waikīkī Shore

立地がよく、ビーチが近いです。部屋は広くて綺麗だったので大人数でしたが快適でした。

水回りに蟻が多かった。対策で皿や洗面台を綺麗にしようとしたが、洗剤がなかったので水洗いが限度だった。

It was spacious, comfortable, well located and well designed. Especially love that it keeps its original essence from the 1950s/60s! We had 5 guests in a room for 6 and all the facilities were useful! The staff we were welcoming and friendly - felt much aloha from them. Would 100% stay here again - great value on the whole for Waikīkī.

It was common to see ghost ants (very little, brown ants) everywhere, including in the condos. Would be handy to store an insect spray or similar product to help keep the rooms clean for guests.

プールへのアクセスが無かった。

Zimmer im 9. STOCK mit toller Aussicht und ruhig. Hotel endet direkt am Sandstrand. Sehr umfangreiche und gut ausgestattete Kuechenzeile

Möbel abgewöhnt. Wenn etwas defekt außerhalb der Dienstzeit wurde, war der zuständige Mitarbeiter nicht erreichbar und es passierte nichts. Unsere Dusche war verstopft, wir bekamen einen Pümpel und sollten selbermachen, leider erfolglos. Wir gaben Bescheid und die Rezeption wollte es am nächsten Vormittag erledigen lassen. Als wir am späten Nachmittag des Folgetages wieder vom Ausflug zurück kamen, war nichts repariert worden und die dienshabende Rezeptionistin wusste von nichts. Am Abreisetag war die Dusche immer noch verstopft und beide Damen an der Rezeption wussten von nichts.

眺めが最高でした！ 目の前が公園ですぐにワイキキの海が見える眺望は最高です。

特に無かったです。

最上階のお部屋でした！廊下も部屋からも最高のオーシャンビュー！キッチンからはダイヤモンドベッドが見えます！ 金曜夜のヒルトン花火も、部屋からバッチリ鑑賞できました！ お部屋も広く、キッチンがあり、簡易ベッドも出してもらったので家族4人快適なステイでした。海もお店もトロリーバス停も全部近いので、立地も良かったと思います！スタッフさんも丁寧親切でした。

アメリカなので当たり前ですが、強いて言えばフローリングが綺麗ではないことです。子供が裸足で歩くと足裏は真っ黒！部屋履きのスリッパ持参がおすすめです。

The location was excellent. The deck was amazing. The view was spectacular.

There was one particular staff member a man at the front desk that was unhelpful and unfriendly the ladies there were excellent

4階の部屋でしたが🌴が窓の際で素敵でした、部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機があり洗剤もフロントで頂けて何度も洗濯出来ました､ベランダからは海も見えました。

窓の両サイドが閉まらない設計なのか隙間があり､玄関の下も少し空いていて､どちらからか害虫が入って来てしまいました、家族全員、苦手でしたのでフロントに助けを求め、警備の方が対処してくれました、とても助かりました。
