we had an Oceanview condo and had a beautiful view of Waikiki beach !! Great location! Condo had most of what we needed.

the dryer was not working which is one of the reasons we booked there- we were on a long trip and this stop was part of during a laundry day and we could not do our laundry. there was a note on the dryer when we arrived so they could have moved us to a different unit prior to or arrival but they did not. They did however offer to let us use another unit to do laundry in but it seemed like too much work

1406号室。眺望が素晴らしく、ヒルトンの花火が発射場から全て見える。夕日も月の沈むのも海越しに見え素晴らしいオーシャンビューです。キッチンからはダイヤモンドヘッドが見える素晴らしい景観に感激しします。キッチン用品は揃っていて、清潔です。冷蔵庫もアメリカンで綺麗。

1406号室。ラナイ側の窓の鍵が破損でロックできない。ベッドの軋み音が気になる。バスタブのゴム栓が無く、ため湯が出来ず困った。掃除用具が何もない。 簡単な修理でなおせるものがおおいので、頑張って下さい。

立地が最高です。ラナイのソファーで寝ているだけで他に何もいらない最高の幸せ。高いレストランに行くより買って来た物をラナイで食べるのが何より最高。

予約の時点でその他に必要な料金のなかに部屋の清掃代が入ってなかなったことは大きな問題点です。明確に表示すべきです。デポジットで半額を支払い残金が残り半額だと思っていたところフロントで表示された料金はそれ以上のものでした。英語の明細書をみせてもらいやっと理解しました。 　部屋で料理をするとすぐに 部屋の火災報知器がなってしまい窓を全開にしても止まりませんでした。日本のような換気扇はありません。その後はお湯を沸かす程度しかつかいませんでした。

築60年ゆえ設備が少し古い

Superb location.right on Waikiki Beach and close to restaurants and shops On site parking Unlimited supplies like coffee, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. Great view of ocean and sunsets from balcony In room washing machine Comfortable bed.

I wish we had more towels and Beach towels. Have to wash your own. Only 1 Beach towel and 1 set towels per person If you needed clean sheets, you wash them yourselves. The unit we were in definitely needed a bathroom remodel. Washing machine was so old it made loud thumping and squealing as it operated. The tub had been repaired so many times with touch up paint that it looked grubby and one of the vanity drawers came off the track everytime you opened it. Please provide bathroom cleaner for tub and sinks for guests who stay several days so we can keep the bathroom cean.

Ideal close location to all amenities, restaurants, bars. Beach

Entrance door to apartment , needed a blind to block light. Only one bedside cabinet for two sharing , no place to put glass of water or phone. Whilst sleeping by the side of bed. Had to use floor. Glass panel door to terrace or balcony was very stiff to open and didn’t glide very easily. Rooms were a bit dated and need upgrading , tea cup mark or bleach stain on main dining table and sealent around shower door mouldy . Upon checking our invoice prior to checkout we were charged additional fees. I queried this and was told it was a checkout cleaning fee ! We stayed 4 days and we were charged $327.42. Or £228. With a room rate of $224. Per night excluding taxes. Upon checking with booking.com. Was told this was stated upon booking that there would be additional charge for cleaning services ! This is totally not acceptable at that price ! This price would be the charge for an additional night! This price should be highlighted more. Prior to booking , if I’d have known this I wouldn’t have booked and have gone to the hotel next door.

일단 위치가 정말 최고입니다. 힐튼 빌리지와 와이키키 시내 중간에 있어 양쪽 모두 도보로 5분 정도면 이동할 수 있어 접근성이 뛰어납니다. 1베드룸 숙소인데 공간이 상당히 넓고, 무엇보다 오션뷰가 너무 예뻐서 머무는 내내 만족스러웠습니다. 세탁기와 건조기가 숙소 안에 있고 세제까지 모두 구비되어 있어 장기 체류에도 불편함이 없었습니다. 화장실은 샤워실이 잘 분리되어 있고 수압도 나쁘지 않은 편이라 사용하기 편했어요. 부엌에는 음식을 해 먹을 수 있도록 조리도구가 충분히 갖춰져 있고, 가스레인지(인덕션 싫어하는 타입)가 있어 요리하기도 아주 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 장기간 숙박해도 충분히 만족할 수 있는 숙소라고 느꼈습니다. 다음에 하와이 또 방문하게 되면 꼭 예약하고 싶습니다.

굳이 한 가지를 꼽자면 매일 객실 청소가 제공되지 않는 점 정도입니다. (쓰레기 셀프로 문 밖에 내 놓아야 함) 객실 안에 간단한 청소기나 바닥 정리 도구가 있었으면 더 좋았을 것 같아요. 물놀이 후 들어오다 보니 모래가 함께 들어와 바닥이 조금 까끌까끌하게 느껴지기도 했습니다. 다만 전반적인 만족도를 해칠 정도의 불편함은 아니었습니다.
