The Americana Village

Very nice motel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Free bikes to borrow were a lot of fun. Daily activities available and free popcorn in the lobby were great and much appreciated. Would come back for sure.

This property is like a home away from home! Family friendly, lots of activities to do for kids. Walking distance to the Heavenly Village. The kitchenette was a plus! Staff was accommodating. The lady at the breakfast area was nice even though she was working alone. We would definitely come back!

This property is very well taken care of. Super nice staff and great amenities. The room was very clean although a bit outdated. We didn’t care. The parking is the only negative- there just isn’t enough and it’s pretty tight. I’d stay here again!

It was really nice. They had a lot of cute amenities like their daily activities for crafts and things you can borrow. I wish I was able to stay longer but if I ever stay in South Lake Tahoe again, I’d stay here :)

We stayed a family of 4 for 2 nights. The property is a typical ski lodge , in a quiet area close to heavenly village. Boys took the queen bed and we slept on the pull out bed w inflated mattress.. not comfortable:( room was small and dated , but it served our needs. They can do better with offering breakfast… walking distance to all restaurants and shopping , convenient to explore lake Taho. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Room was good, boys enjoyed the ping pong table. Breakfast was a bit light, limiting guests to one hard-boiled egg per sitting in the age of pro-protein could use some looking into IMO.

This place was so cute and cozy!! Exactly what we were looking for on our Tahoe trip. :)

Room was comfy and grounds are lovely with beautiful flowers. Breakfast was not good. Bad looking bananas and not much to offer.

Great location and very nicely maintained!

Second time staying at this hidden gem. Lots of little extras and good rates for the area. Walking distance or you can use one of the bikes there to go out and about to local restaurants and stores and the beach. Even though no air conditioning there are a bunch of fans and it's very cool at night. You don't even need to bring shampoo, conditioner, body wash or cream as all are provided in pump form. Staff is very friendly and the property is still maintained.
