This is now our go to when coming to South Lake Tahoe

Loved the very nice customer service, easy check in and check out. Loved the hotel room it was very clean and cute, friendly workers! Would come back again!

The rooms are small and cozy but then if you are visiting in summers like I did there is no air conditioning couple of fans but that’s not enough. Room cleaning is not done daily and I wanted change of towels which I had to go get it from front desk(had to carry the used ones to them as well). TV remote was not working for 2 days and no one really paid attention. Breakfast feels like they are doing a favor you can only ask limited and I witnessed an incident where a couple was trying to get breakfast for their old parents staying in handicapped room and the server told them she can’t give they will have to come and pick. Overall won’t plan to go to this place again

Staff are SOOOOO NICE! it’s a family oriented/ dog friendly place. BBQ, picnic areas! Very homey and genuine. Parking is a little tight. Breakfast is included but not that impressive. There are many places in the area to grab good breakfast so not a big deal.

The hotel was clean,re ADA but the environment was so homey with flowers, picnic tables in the courtyard and various activities.

Very comfortable and beautiful stay here! Only thing that needs to improve is breakfast. Needs to have more variety of food such as cereal, bread, etc than fruit. Variety is important especially when traveling with children. Other than that, this hotel is ideal and walking distance to everything. Staff is friendly and courteous, hotel is extremely clean, and amenities are excellent. A plus with the popcorn, DVD movies, and free rental bikes!
