The Americana Village

Carpet was filthy and feckless on the floor in the bathroom. When I told the person at the desk, she just said wow. The carpet needs to be scrubbed or replaced not just vacuum. We rarely complain about a room. We really should get a refund.

Rundown place with minimal amenities, tight parking and laughable breakfast. Good location and good decoration outside the building.

I liked the fact it had kids park, volleyball, basketball, pool, movies to rent, barbecue grill outside, pin pon table. The only thing I didn't like was no air conditioner only fans.

Loved the location of this property

The condition of the room is very comfortable but they’re very small. I love the secure garden where I could walk my dog, I will consider staying there if I ever return again.

It s family friendly property. However, if you are taking a vacation around last week of May and the weather is 80 degrees and above. The room feels like sauna. The electric fans didn’t help much . I hope you get a chance to sleep at night because there is no air conditioning.

They appreciate their guests and do what they can to make your stay enjoyable. For an older property, it is well kept, clean, price was good, and location was great. I would stay here again.
