La stanza era piena di zanzare,per fortuna abbiamo risolto con uno spray

The property was in a good location. Easily walkable to all the nearby restaurants and Ao Nang beach. The bed was large and comfortable and the room was clean. The onsite spa was amazing and we loved our treatments there. The pool area was mostly quiet. You could easily get a lounger and it was a relaxing environment.

The staff were not always friendly and I found the staff member when I checked in to be quite cold and unwelcoming. The rooms with the outdoor bath were misleading as they are not very private and people could easily see if they were walking past or at the pool. Our room was not cleaned until 3pm or 4pm each day which was quite late, especially if you were out in the morning and came back to your room still not cleaned. There was not always a member of staff at the pool bar so you couldn’t get a drink when you wanted. When we did order food at the pool, the staff member did not come round to clean up the plates which attracted bugs and birds. We had to return the plate ourselves and the staff member was just sitting on his phone. The phone in our room didn’t work so we couldn’t call reception etc. I think the hotel advertise themselves as a good quality hotel but this is not the service you get here.

Mooi ,netjes, aardig personeel, goed ontbijt ruime keuze , En vooral de barman bij t zwembad bij onze kamer 👌👌👌 , de jongens van de koffers.de receptie enz enz maar eigenlijk iedereen erg vriendelijk kunnen ze op véél plaatsen nog wat van leren

De bedden vond ik persoonlijk laag aan de grond , ben géén 18 meer Maar na wat flessen Thais bier slaap ik daar niet te minder om.
