The unpleasant staff at the Reception Desk (all, except Peam !). We were given a dark room in the far backend of the property. Then moved, only the next day, to a filthy room that was not even prepared (see pictures). I voiced all my remarks, with names and pictures, to Mrs Karolina Gadula
