Amazing experience and the superb staff at Castle Mountain Chalets! The location is so beautiful and charming that you could easily stayed there all time:) Many thanks for our lovely visit and hope to come back during the summer. Definitely worth to book it for your trip to Banff!

Gorgeous setting, at the bottom of a mountian. We were a short drive to Lake Louise resort for skiing and snowboarding. Very friendly and helpful staff. We would stay there again.

Everything as advertised. Very convenient, right in the middle of the forrest, away from traffic etc and beautiful area! Staff was excellent! - friendly and took care of everything! The fireplace was a nice touch! And staff made sure we had enough wood. The only complaint: sleep wasn’t great. For one, the train going right next to the complex and blowing the horn right beside it. Second, the heating system was very noisy - each time the blower kicked in it made a horrible noise - I am sure I woke up every time it started. Other nice things: has stove, oven, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, coffee, tea, toaster, microwave, everything we could have wanted! Also, the main lodge had games, tv, large fireplace - very nice! Maybe I would go again and maybe not - depends how much I would value my sleep at the time. But other than sleep, it was beautiful!

"Great place terrible beds"

Amazing location. Very good for exploring Banff. Just by the Bow river and Castle mountain. However the beds were awful. Old and comfy at all. Got a terrible back pain afterwards.

Really huge suite in the larger lodge and decorated so nicely to really embody that cozy, mountain lodge feel. Views were incredible and it was set so far from the bustle of Banff, but close enough to access necessities, especially since the little storefront on-site had a number of decent essentials. Really great place, especially for the money. Customer service and front office staff went the extra mile and were so friendly and welcoming. Definitely will return again
