"Not cheap enough."

It was clean and quiet.

The shower head was broken. Breakfast was cereal and a banana. Not what was expected. The front desk did not have a live presence in the morning. It was a guy on a computer interface... disconcerting.

The employee at the reception

Due to a booking date error, this hotel charged me for both the incorrect night and the correct one, hiding behind Booking’s reservation policies. I can understand the application of the rules, but when a hotel refuses any commercial gesture by relying on the platform, it should at least be impeccable in terms of the quality of its services. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. The breakfast was well below the standards expected, even for a 2-star hotel. The quality of the bedding was poor, as was the cleanliness of the sheets and towels. The presence of cockroaches in the hotel made the stay particularly unpleasant. The only positive point was the reception employee, who remained friendly and professional despite the situation.
