Hotel Miraparque

Stayed here for 3 nights for a lads get together. Was a little hesitant after reading previous reviews but had to say the hotel was fine . Room I was in was spacious enough with a good shower and a free safe . Room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels were also provided. Cannot comment on the breakfast as had room only basis. I have stated in more luxurious hotels with lots of added extras but for the price I paid for this one I had no complaints. Hotel is next to a metro station but we used Uber throughout our stay including to and from the airport . Lisbon itself is a great city to visit and there is a lot to do.

Was a bit nervous after reading a few reviews but was very impressed. Yes reception staff don’t do cartwheels but are all perfectly pleasant. Rooms are plenty big enough and spotlessly cleaned every day. Breakfast was excellent. Only scrambled eggs and sausage as hot options but lots of cold options. Fresh bread and cakes were delicious. About a mile walk to the centre but lots of bars and restaurants on the way down. Ola Nepal, Royal spice and H5 Texan burger hub are within 10 minute walk and all amazing and great value. Would definitely return.

Hotel outdated staff very unfriendly. Shower was either hot or cold, room had a damp smell in it. Room was very basic and not much room to move around in. Location was only 20 minutes from airport and 2 mins to hop on hop off bus everything else was a hike to get too. Wouldn’t recommend.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is situated on an incline so for me with breathing issues i struggled with this but the staff were very friendly and helpful and the reception area was lovely and classy as was the room, although no tea/coffee facilities and electricity and air con only worked when the room card was in so if you needed things charged for a long time like portable chargers it was quite difficult with only one card and we didn't like to sleep with the air con on so only time to charge anything was first thing in the morning or just before bed which isn't sufficient. The bed was comfy and the shower powerful but struggled with the temperature which was either burning or cold and was a struggle to get it just right. The mini bar was fully stocked with water and alcohol and chocolate which we loved. The hotel location was great too, not far from Marquis do Pombal where we got the city sightseeing bus and near to the Banksy museum and cafes and restaurants. Although there were pro's and con's I would stay here again.

Property was very noisy. I was on the 3rd floor and morning to night you could hear everything and anything the walls are paper thin. Also, house cleaning kept coming every day but they wouldn’t provide washcloths or hand towels or hostels. Every day it was one or the other missing. I would not stay here again.

Excellent staff and neat and clean room highly recommend

The best aspect of this hotel was the location. Not really anything else though. The staff was unhelpful, I never received the "free breakfast", and the room was unclean and extremely small.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for getting on the Metro at Parque which then allows you to go straight down to the older part of the city or connect through to the Airport on the red line. Better than staying in the middle of the city for quietness but still can access everything when you want.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is so close to the hub of the city. The nearest metro stop is only steps away. I highly recommend this hotel.

Service is amazing, welling to help from the service desk. the to tell is bit out dated, but it’s charming. Nice and quiet area.
