This hotel is located next to a beautiful park on a quiet street. There are five great dining options at the bottom of the block. It is a 15 minute walk to downtown. The rooms are small, but adequate and cozy. The bathroom is super small. It is not big enough for two people and there is no power outlet in the bathroom. There is also no iron or ironing board in the room. We opted for the breakfast package which was totally worth it. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

I liked that the hotel was in walking distance from restaurants and across the street from the park.

Lovely clean hotel. Very close to Parque metro station and 5 min walk to El Corte Ingles. Breakfast was ok nothing special. And the cheapest mini bar in the room

I was greeted by two members of reception staff, one female who was warm and smiling and one male who was the opposite,though he was informative of wifi access and breakfast option.I asked for a high floor quiet room away from a lift..this was largely ignored and my second floor room was near two lifts no less!! This didn't seem to be too much of a problem but I discovered the walls to be paper thin when I heard someone in the room next to me coughing through ear plugs I was wearing. The hotel is in an ideal location close to the metro and a park. my room was adequate with a comfortable bed, though very cramped between that and the dressing table. In room safe was easy to use, and a lovely bathroom had rainfall shower and a bidet. Warm water took a long time to come through. inconsiderate guest either above or beside me was making footstep noises at 4am - it sounded like this was on a wooden floor (mine was carpeted!) On the second night at that time I was kept awake for ages by a loud continual thudding sound - possible night venue close by? previously that evening the fire alarm sounded and confused guests gathered in the foyer found staff not too concerned by this. The cause was eventually discovered to be excess steam from a shower!
