Hotel Miraparque

Everything was fine. Excellent room, good breakfast and location.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was okay but nothing to write home about. Front desk staff - no personality. Just there to do their job. Customer service skills lacking. No toilet paper holders in bathroom. Had a hand towel with a big hole in it. Type of faucet in shower/tub was a bit confusing. Room was very hot when we checked in. No USB outlets in rooms. Furnishing were updated. No ramp in lobby. Had to hand carry luggage down 4 steps. Were told hotel is not handicap accessible, therefore no ramp. (we did not require handicap accessibility in our party)

Very good location. Fairly basic hotel, but clean and nice.

This place was a great find. Right next to the Parque Eduardo VII, it is literally 100 feet from the Merton station. 5 mins to Rossio Square. Because of its location on the blue line you can easily get to many of Lisbon’s coolest places.

The position by the park and next to Parque Metro was very convenient and very quiet. The staff were extremely helpful and kind and efficient and the room was cleaned well. TV channels were very limited

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Miraparque. The location was very nice--near two metro stations, and also a park for relaxation. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room for a single person was comfortable and suitable for one person. It would have been tight for two. Buffet breakfast was not included in my rate, but I am glad I took it for the very reasonable price. I would gladly stay there on my next Lisbon visit.

Older hotel with smaller rooms typical of older hotels in major cities around the world. Would have liked something other than a desk chair to sit on. Shower required very careful use to keep from wetting the bathroom floor. Toilet shutoff valve didn't always work properly. Room was clean and certainly acceptable as long as one was on the go and not spending a lot of time in the room. Room had a safe and minibar, but lacked a way to heat water for tea of coffee. Front desk was helpful. Location was OK with a good restaurant or two around. A little longer walk to the center of Lisbon than I would have liked, but certainly a doable walk. I'd be willing to stay there again, but I would also do a little checking first.

Beautiful hotel. Stayed just one night while touring with our guide. Highly recommend.

I was in town for a conference and so the location was perfect. You are a 20-30min walk from the older part of the city but also very close to the metro lines for the university and airport. A nice balance. My room was also on the top floor overlooking the park which was extremely pleasing to wake up to. No noise either since the road which passes outside is really not that busy at all.

Convenient location as it is literally next to metro, so good access to airport and everywhere else. Clean rooms and friendly front office staff willing to offer suggestions on routes. Quiet at night which was a nice respite from busy, distracting, wonderful days in Lisbon and day trips elsewhere.
