It was old and not well maintained. The fridge was covered in holes (like someone had smashed it repeatedly with something). The single bed in room 2 was broken, wooded headboard leaning on the bed and the feet of the bed broken. We had to adjust to make safe for my son to sleep on. The bunks were very squeaky and you could hear every move. We were unable to use the top bunk bed as there was a sign stating an extra $50 cleaning fee would be charged (I have never, even in less expensive accommodation seen this. The carpet a the lounge were so old, I didn’t want to sit on it. The pool area was very underwhelming. For $350 per night, I was expecting much more. Very disappointed. Will not be back.

Zero service, no response to txt messages, nobody answers phone calls, poor facilities, leaking toilet, faulty / loose toilet tap, no hair dryer,

The location was great, very close to the beach and peaceful area. The surroundings were nice and the resort layout felt family friendly with convenient parking.

Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. Everything was good.

Location next to the beach, outdoor pool.

No staff, reception or restaurant on site. Rooms were generally clean, but had mould in places and musty smell throughout. Shower head in the main en-suite needs replacing. Cookware needs replacing. No cutlery holder present in the dishwasher. No handrails on the internal staircase seems unsafe, especially for young children or elderly guests.

Good location, near the beach. Nice gardens, Good parking. Good air con and hot water. Pleasant balcony.

Fittings and furnishings inside the unit were all very tiered and it smelt of indian curry. Ensuite bathroom sink was blocked. Dishwasher was missing key components like rollers and cutlery tray. Sofa was very tiered and uncomfortable.

It was extremely hard to locate room 79b. No one checking guests in, not permitted to make a phone call except for emergencies is very unfriendly. Lock boxes are not easy and the original guest package disappeared from my phone immediately I tried to text the staff member, so i was not able to find the code number and the arrival instructions.

Everything could have been better.
