Run down and dirty

Great view from the 2 bed apartment and location was convenient. The staff were prompt in responding and dealing with the issues we had during our stay

On arrival the room was not cleaned properly. (Once notified the staff came and fixed the issue). The lounge was so dirty and badly stained we had to put a sheet over it. The beds were uncomfortable and could feel the springs in them. The dishwasher was broken and bottom shelf would slide.

Place was overpriced and had alot of mould throughout the place.

The property was great. The apartment was really unique and spacious and was perfect for our quick stay during our road trip.

The Property was in a good position with views of the ocean. the property needs some maintenance as there was a lot of wear and tear, things like the dishwasher hinge been broken, miss match cutlery and crockery and out of the 3 air conditioners there was only one that we could use as there was no remotes.

There was no hot water which they said they would send someone to fix but we waited and no one turned up. They said it was fixed in 4 hours which they expressed was ‘quick’ but the water didn’t get hot until the morning. They didn’t offer us any alternatives such as moving to another unit or a shower in the gym.?? They refused to phone us to discuss concerns of no hot water, poor communication, and dirty bathroom.
