Cleanliness. Wet, soiled marks on the carpet.

Not very clean, particularly bathroom, kitchen, some lights not working,needs more regular maintenance. Comfortable bed and space

Location, views, access to beach 2 bedroom units with the 2 story’s are great and the main bedrooms ensuite/bath with the view of the ocean is lovely.

Noisy in the morning with garden blower and close to freeway/road noise Also not the properties fault but it was extreme weather/rain and the bottom of the property with the beach access had flooded so we couldn’t go to the beach but it was raining so wouldn’t have likely gone anyway. The units at the top of the property near the entrance are noisy in the mornings - however we also stayed at a unit down close to the tennis courts and they were much quieter and bigger with 2 story, they were amazing!

Good location for a stop over with a comfy bed.

Disappointing. Nice location and quiet. However, dirty mugs in the cupboard, doona and sheets had old blood stains, kitchen sink still had scraps of food in it, stove top still dirty, couch was old. Cupboards hanging off hinges and handles upside down. If you’re short, you can’t reach them. Bed was comfortable though. Lovely view of the water.
