The whole time I was there the floor was flooded I'm still waiting for my deposit to hit my card through booking but I told him about the floor I wasn't reimbursed for anything or offered anything

I booked a stay when they handed me a room key I proceed upstairs to find out someone else was occupying it already the most terrifying thing I’ve experienced in my life I would never go to that hotel then when I confronted the front desk they acted as if they didn’t care no remorse.
