Royal Azur Thalassa

We stayed all inclusive at this resort hotel in April, great welcome from the host and fantastic team with excellent service. The hotel is set out over a large area, but everything feels within easy reach. We stayed in a premium suite, which had 2 balconies offering a great view of the sea. Food was excellent with a wide range of fresh dishes.

I took my mom for a birthday trip to this hotel. Her first trip abroad.Please keep in mind my mum is super fussy. The main review. Arrived at 11 am got too our room wasn't available as check-in is after 2pm were given a room before 12:30, booked a beach bungalow wasn't ready at the time so got upgraded to penthouse suite. Staff on the main desk were amazing and the porter sorted our bags swiftly. We got taken to our room. Wow 😲 amazing suite. We were offered to stay in the suite as a present for my mums birthday, keep in mind it was double the price. Evening manager in reception Ezzet went above and beyond his care to make sure we felt welcomed. This hotel mainly catering for french and German tourists but due to his amazing service we never felt left out. Also would really like to mention Wissem the outdoor night bar man, such a lovely lad. But mine and my mum's best regards go to our favourite pool bar man Moheddine. He spoke to me in length about the country and the history. All the staff were amazing always happy to help and going above and beyond. Can't wait to return next year. Booked already miss you all and see you soon 😊😊😊😊 Please may I add this hotel is mainly aimed at adults and older children, it's a very sufisticated hotel with no loud music. This is where you come to relax not to party. And it was amazing at least for us as it was what we were looking for ❤️

Beautiful gardens, embedded in nature; astonishing views on the pools and especially the sea. Everything is prepared with attention to detail both in the environment as well as inside the restaurants of the hotel. Great variety of food and dishes, original restaurants (Tunisian and Italian). Rooms are big and comfortable. Truly good value for money.

First time at Royal Azur Hammamet, we had a great stay. All staff were excellent, special shoutout to Mohammed and Amir in restaurant who gave outstanding service. A hotel worthy of its 5 star rating. Calm and relaxed atmosphere which is just what we wanted. Ideal for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Great location for a walk into Hammamet centre, approx 25 minutes. We had such a great time that we have already booked again for next year

This is our first time in Tunisia and we had an amazing time and experience. The hotel was very well presented including their staff, amazing ambiance & excellent service! Specifically, Zaineb (Guest Relations Manager) who was very helpful & friendly and always welcoming us with her beautiful smile. She guided us through our journey here. However, the cuisines needs to be updated with variety of fresh fruits and fresh fruit juices. Hopefully, we will be coming back to Royal Azur again!
